Our story began through a shared passion for neurodiversity and creating meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent individuals.

Joseph K. Muscat and Sydney Elaine Butler first connected through an International Neurodiversity Summit, where Joseph invited Sydney to speak. What started as a professional connection quickly developed into a strong friendship built on shared values, lived experience, and a commitment to advancing neurodiversity awareness and inclusion.

Over the years, despite being based in different parts of the world, we continued to stay connected, collaborate, and explore ways to make a greater impact. During a visit to Canada, Joseph and Sydney met in person and spent time discussing the challenges and opportunities facing neurodivergent professionals globally.

From those conversations came a shared vision: to create an international networking community where neurodivergent professionals could connect, learn, collaborate, and support one another.

Today, our monthly International Neurodiversity Networking gatherings bring together professionals from around the world, creating a welcoming space for meaningful conversations, relationship building, and the exchange of ideas that help neurodivergent individuals thrive both personally and professionally.
